     On a good road, the rated lifting capacity of the electric forklift is 3 tons. When working in poor road conditions, the lifting capacity should be appropriately reduced and the driving speed should be reduced. When loading and unloading goods, the distance of the forks should be adjusted according to the size of the goods, and the weight of the goods should be split evenly by the two forks to prevent the eccentrically loaded or moving goods from slipping to one side. After the fork is inserted into the stack, the fork wall should be in contact with the side of the goods, and then the mast is tilted back, and the fork is raised about 200 mm from the ground before driving.

    During the loading process, the electric forklift is strictly prohibited from high-speed sharp dome driving, lifting or lowering the goods, etc., and no one is allowed under the crane frame. When carrying goods on a slope of more than 7°, the goods should be above the slope. Do not make a sudden brake when the cargo is transported to prevent the cargo from slipping out. When handling large-volume goods, the goods block the line of sight, and the forklift should be driven in reverse at a low speed.

    It is strictly forbidden to leave the engine idling unattended after the electric forklift is parked, and the electric forklift driver cannot leave the electric forklift seat. It is also not allowed to hoist the cargo in the air while the driver leaves the driving position. When the forklift stops in the middle, when the engine is idling, it should be tilted back to the mast. When the engine is stopped, the carriage should be dropped, and the fork should be tilted forward to touch the ground.

    In the process of work, if suspicious noise or abnormal phenomenon is found, stop the machine immediately for inspection, take measures to eliminate it in time, and do not continue to work until the fault is eliminated. At the end of the working day, the fuel tank should be refueled, so that the moisture in the fuel tank can be driven out, and the water droplets formed by the brake at night can be prevented from dissolving in the oil. No one may use a forklift without consent.
